How to give an ice massage: Using a gentle circular motion, massage the area in spasm or pain with a piece of ice. Continue for up 7 minutes. |

While lying on your back, raise your knees up to your chest. Maintain position for one minute. Alternative: Raise one knee at time and repeat with the other leg. |
| Back Stretch |

The simple stretch starts with you on your hand and knees. Slowly arch your back to its fullest extension, hold for a moment, then slowly bring it back down. Repeat 5-10 times. Repeat regularly throughout the day. |
